What is a Process Server?
Written on October 26, 2009
A process server is a person who serves legal documents on your behalf. They prepare the required affidavits of service and keep proper notes on the details of their serve, description of person served and sometimes licence plate numbers of vehicles present at the time of service.
Our process servers are well-mannered individuals specially trained to meet the stringent requirements of our clientele.
What does a Process Server do?
A process server will take the documents for service and serve them upon the individual or company required to receive same. At the time of service our process server will request identification.
Once the document has been served, the process server will make a note of the date and time of service and manner of service for preparation of the Affidavit of Service.
